In early October I dug some new garden beds in the backyard.

I am glad I am able to pick my own salad greens, since we have been having recalls on them in many local stores.

Very nice! I'm so jealous that you are able to grow veggies right now! What do you have growing in those beds?

Quote:Three or four types of radishes and lettuces, Cilantro, beets, and a couple different types of spinach.

It is all doing great! We are to have freezing or below temps for the next few nights. I just went out and covered all the plants.
I think I will leave them covered until the freeze warnings are over.
