They look about 4-5 months old, the laying depends on the breed but birds usually lay their first egg between 4-6 months of age, and the the redder their face and comb gets is an indication that they are close to laying. Good luck!

They look around 3 months old. Chickens start laying around 5 months. You can tell when a chicken is about to lay because they will squat when you go to pick them up.
 
Agree yours all look like they are around four months, they are getting there but would guess they mostly are a month or so away from laying yet since nobody really has a lot of red or comb and wattle development. It is so hard to be patient waiting for that first egg isn't it.

YES IT IS!!! I adopted them all from a rescue shelter ... The ameraucana barred rock mix is 4 1/2 months but that is all they knew:(
