What age do turkeys start laying

Does any one know what age turkeys start laying and do they lay in season or can they lay all year around. I have a tom and a hen that are 16 weeks old and was wondering when she would start laying. Also right now they are in with my Chickens. I am going to be building them a cage but they have been in there since they were little. Please let me know what to except. Thanks
