What am breed am I ?

    We were sold as Cuckoo Marans but my new owner is not sure what we are after we grew to this in three months!!! Help!!!

    Marans have white legs. Those boys have yellow legs. So, not marans.

    The first one looks like almost any barred rock however the second one shows hints of being from a barred crossed to something not barred. The solid black tail feather is a result... the too much white in neck indicates possible breed cross.

    he was a very nice bird, a male blue phase Alaskan snow ringneck male. But loved that pic and had to put it up as avatar. ;)

    Your birds almost look like someone's attempt to make a legbar from scratch. Do you have any pics of them as babies?
