What am I

I got a Free Rare Exotic chick from Murray McMurray, I know it is a rooster because he started crowing around 8 weeks old. I thought he was a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte but I recently noticed what looks like white ear lobes, so he can't be a BLRW! He has yellow legs and a rose comb, mostly grey feathers with some rust color

Looks like mixed breed. Probably one of the new Whiting True Blue.

and just as an fyi, that's not a rose comb, it's a modifieid pea comb. He's likely a blue egg gene carrier.

So he'll be a pretty colored chicken with one ugly comb! I hate pea combs and rose combs on roosters, I think the only pretty comb on a rooster is a single comb

. I was looking at him this morning and it's kinda floppy too

. And if I breed him to my brown egg layers what color eggs would their babies lay?
