What An Egg!!!such A Small Hen! Pics

    ok byc experts, what happened to this egg? Is this a fluke egg, or can I expect more like this one? Can I hatch it?I almost want to frame it! Poor hen [​IMG] It came from a small rhode island hen.

    I also got an egg with a really soft shell, is this from lack of calcium?

    Ooo Ooo hatch it hatch it!!! It could be twins!! Or triplets...that would be a first!

    Im not sure you can hatch twins... others in the know will say. But CONGRATS!! on that huge egg. I think you have more like that in your future!!

    How common are twins? That would be so cool if there were two chicks in there, I couldn't imagine three! wow! that would be awesome!

    OUCH.

    It probably has multiple yolks, which can develop, but don't often hatch well if they make it that long. There are several threads on here about it, and some youtube videos.
