I am a beginner, we just had 3 babies 2 days ago, and 1 yesterday.they r with there mothers, what should they be eating and drinking? I bought organic peck and feed food for chicks, us that ok..and should they be on electrolytes in there water?

Chick feed is fine. They do not need the electrolytes. Let their mothers take care of them.

Do you mean scratch and peck chick starter feed? I looked at the website and the feed looks awful large for young chicks, maybe the picture is deceiving. Be carful with feed that mixed grains and as you can run into nutritional deficiencies because they pick out their favorite and leave the rest. I have seen people with problems specifically with the brand. I have read this feed is best served as a mash by adding a little water or fermented as it prevents them from picking through it. I also agree no need to add things to water just keep water clean and fresh. Good luck with your little chicks. Post pictures when you get a chance.

Scratch and peck starter is fine if they like it "it is actually little bitty even though it looks huge on the site lol!".
My chicks didn't like it so they got Brown's encore chick starter.
Mom will try to get them to eat whatever you put out.

Is this Scratch and Peck feed? Make sure they have chick grit available.
If the particles are too large for them to handle at that age, then you may need to soak the feed or get a small back of commercial chick feed that can be crushed up or soaked until they get a bit older.

You can put the crumbles in a food processor and make them smaller and easier for the chicks to eat.
