What are the odds of this happening?

I got 23 sexed pullets from McMurray, a hatchery that says in their catalog "we have professional sexers that come to the hatchery on hatch day, sex the birds, and we guarantee their work" and claims to have a "...90% accuracy rate on all sexed poultry," 11 of the 23 sexed pullets are COCKERELS! I was just wondering what the chances of that is with a 90% accuracy rate. I am extremely mad that I paid extra money for a ton of pullets and basically just got a straight run batch of chicks. Honestly, I could have gotten more pullets if I asked for straight run!

The hatchery says they guarantee 90% so I will be refunded but I was just wondering what the odds are of getting 11/23 roosters when the chance of getting a rooster is 10%. Also, I could definitely still have more roosters, these 11 just showed very early development, they are only around 7 weeks old.

Same thing happened to my first batch of chicks. I ordered 25 pullets and I kid you not, I received 20 cockerels. They were all sadly killed by a pack of coyotes except for 2 female Anconas, but I've never ordered from McMurray again.

This guys does not show any comb or wattle development but has the plumage of a SL cockerel.

My one SL hen.

I only got 7 pictures of cockerels, sorry, I can't keep track of which ones I have already gotten.
Out of 5 SL sexed pullets I got 1 pullet
Out of 5 GLW sexed pullets I got 1 pullet
Out of 4 GC sexed pullets I got 1 pullet, and 4 of the cockerels died from Coccid a week or two ago, at least I have a pair left.
Out of 4 WLRC sexed pullets I am not sure what I got, no comb development yet but only 1 looks like it has pullet plumage, I am not gonna say they are cockerels yet though.
Out of 5 EF sexed pullets I had one DOA and the remaining 4 look like pullets so far.

the GC numbers don't add up, this is why.
McMurray slapped me in the face with this free gift of a unwanted GC cockerel and then kicked me in the rear with 11 more.

Nice to hear I am not the only one, looks like I did not get it that bad when compared to you lol. This is not the first time McMurray screwed me over either, I had a similar thing happen a few years ago with a large order of White Leghorns, sexed pullets.

Several years ago, I special ordered some birds from MMc to come in to a local hardware store. The 3 Dominique pullets were cockerels. The minute I laid eyes on them, I turned to the store manager, and told him those were not pullets. He replied, "Of course they are. You ordered pullets, and they have been sexed by a professional." So after conferring with MMc rep, they assured me that the birds would be replaced if indeed they were cockerels. I got a written letter with promise to replace them the following spring at no cost to me. Now... I had never laid eyes on a Dominique in my life, but had done enough research to know that they are auto sexing. They don't even need to be vent sexed. Their paid professional made 100% error, while a total newbie was 100% correct in sexing those Doms! Yep, errors get made!

Nice to hear I am not the only one, looks like I did not get it that bad when compared to you lol. This is not the first time McMurray screwed me over either, I had a similar thing happen a few years ago with a large order of White Leghorns, sexed pullets.
