What Are These? Chinese Painted Quail?

These were at our 4H fair. I was told they are Button Quail.
Sorry about the poor photo quality. My son took the picture because he thought they were cute. They were quite a bit smaller that my Cortunix quail and although you can't see much, very colorful.

So, what are they and where can I get some

They are button quail and are quite common. Post a wanted ad or search through this forum, talked about all the time.
