What are these spots on my ducks bill?!?

    I just found these spots on my ducks bill the other day, ever had anything like this befor, and none of my other ducks do either. Is this a disease? a fungus? or just normal? also had some things on her one foot to that I have never seen abecor, and I do feet checks ever so often.[​IMG]

    I believe this must be something that happens to Pekins and from the many posts that have been posted about it I don't think it's anything to worry about.

    I'm told that laying ducks will get more and more black spots on their beaks the older they get.
    Some sort of melanism thing related to the egg shells being produced.
    Nothing to worry about :)
