Leghorn or cornish rock cross? It was *along with 5 others* rescued from a lady that bought them at tsc and was feeding them rice and milk with no heat lamp. She didn't speak english... have no idea what they are 2 white and 2 yellow with brown coming in now. [IMG] This is everyone having a messy treat while mom cleans the brooder. So pardon the mess... rest assured everyone is clean and full sleeping now :) I know the 4 black are dominique pullets... not sure about the other 4.

The 2 white ones are Cornish X, and the larger is a cockerel. The other 2 are red sex link pullets.

Thank you! The Cornish X cockerel is so sweet and the pullet screams like you are killing her all the time. Is this normal? Is there anything I can feed them to make them live longer and not gain so quickly?

Low protein feed, limited to what they can eat in 20 minutes, twice a day. Try to make them move around/forage. Even then, their hearts may eventually go. Their legs may eventually go..
