No photos this morning! I forgot!

Scrambled duck eggs with a generous glop of fresh sour cream and topped the eggs with a sautee of fresh broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes and shallots with garlic and while hot topped with fetta and other shredded cheeses and link pork sausage.

    It was great!

We had the leftover pizza yesterday! I think today, brunch will be BLT's!

Spaghetti with hot Italian sausage for dinner, strawberry shortcake for dessert.

I am doing a slab of pork ribs, butterbeans and potato salad for our supper. If it isn't too hot maybe a loaf of gumpbread will go in the oven.
