Any and all help appreciated as I rescued these from deplorable conditions at our local rural king.. these were part of 200 chicks and 14 of which 67 babies died in less than 24 hours this was despite our best efforts and round the clock care! Also how to tell hen from roo

Maybe a mix breed Isa brown X something or Rhode island and sonething as above fella said.

Our RK orders from hoover hatchery and all were supposedly pullets (not that I care) in the 200 chicks there were EE, Oliver Eggers, barred bantam, etc. The ones in the picture I just couldn't figure out the breed, I've never seen one feather out so slow like literally no fuzz and naked skin!
