What breed and both roos?

    These are 2 little brothers that are hatched on the same day from the same mother one has a very large comb 1 has no comb a my mistaken and 1 of them is a hen or they both roosters?

    looks like 2 different types of combs but looking at their hackles and saddle feathers looks like both cockerels to me, but not familiar with the breed, besides having same mom do they have the same dad?
