What breed and gender am I?

So I thought Red Pyle OEGB Cockerel, currently about 11 weeks old. This bird is the SWEETEST ever and runs straight to me. But now I am not so sure if it's a Cockerel. Very tiny bird though.

It looks very feminine to me so I would say Pullet. As for breed, I have no clue but it's cute!

I agree that she is a Red Pyle Old English Game Bantam, but is a pullet!
