what breed and gender are my chickens

All of them are Easter Eggers. As for gender, I think the white bird with red breast, at least, is a cockerel. Its possible one or two of the other are, too. EEs can be tricky to sex accurately, though, so I would post some new photos in a few weeks and see if it is easier to tell then.

Lovely bunch of easter eggers you got there!
The white one with a red chest looks like a male. So far the rest look like pullets. If they start to redden in the face and get red patches on their shoulders, then they might be male.

The stance, the coloring, and reddening comb say male. EE pullets tend to have even coloring, cockerels have a splotchy pattern, usually with red patches on the chest and shoulders
