What breed and gender are these ????

These are our 15/16 week old chicks can anyone help us out with breed and gender ???

First two look like pullets, I'm not sure of breeds but the second one looks like a mixed breed. third one looks more like a rooster but it would help to see the tail.

S/he's tail is a little tattered it was like that when we got them and don't know how to get it back right anyone have any ideas ??

Are the legs on the 2nd one greenish brown or black?

They are like a blue/grey colour
