What breed and gender is this chicken?

This is Craig! When we got him they promised he'd be a hen but it looks like he had other plans! Is he a hen or roo? Also, what breed is he? He is a true mystery chicken!
We are unsure of the exact age, but based on the day we got her the first two pictures he is 2-3 months old and the middle picture he is 3 months old. The last few he is 4-5 months old
