What breed and gender is this cutie?

At first I thought Cochin but it has the puffed cheeks like an auracauna and It has feathered legs. So is it a mix? And is it a roo or hen? I got this one from TSC.

at 2 months it would have a more prominent comb so yes you have a pullet
