What breed and gender is this

    It was suppose to be an Araucana I got it as an egg from a swap

    Too young. It needs to feather in a bit more. And photos with natural lighting without a flash that show the whole body and the comb really help.

    It might be an Easter Egger because of it's green legs and definitely not an Araucana since the are rumpless.

    He actually rarely gets to be around them and he's afread of chickens because our silkie roo pocked him in the nose.. But the flash freaked him out.. Lol but he's always is watched around them

    I'm pretty sure that that chick is not an Araucana. And with those huge feet and that dark red that's starting to come in on the shoulder/wing, it's probably a cockerel.

    could be araucana or EE. still too young but maybe pullet. cockerels usually develop tails later.
