What breed and gender is this

I'm new to raising chickens and I got this beautiful baby and several hopefully sisters for Mother's Day this year. they're getting a little bigger and one of them really looks like a boy. But he slashed she is very docile it's squats, it lets me hold it, to me there are no signs of it being a roo

except for how big it's comb is. Can anybody help me?

I agree that's a pretty pullet. Looks like a Production Red.

The squatting is an indicator that she is near laying. Usually within a month from when my gals start doing that.
