what breed and gender is this.

Ok here is what happened for about a month this chicken has been flying around and eating out of mine and my neighboors yard. so i took and dog create,rat trap,bungee cord and piece of plexy glass and made a live trap. well i got the chicken but dont know what breed or what gender it is. I need your help. and the trap works great.

Looks like a Vorwerk to me, but im just new to all this though i do have lots of chicken books and it looks like a Vorwerk female i could be completely wrong though!

Why do you say def Hen It sure looks like a Roo to me also The feathers look pointy and those spurs Breed I dont know
