What breed are these two? Roo or no?

How old are they because if they look like the age about when mine started to get there little combs and wattles then top one looks like a welsummer the bottom one looks like a black astralorp hen

Oh and i would say the top one is maybe a rooster because of the way its holding its wing like my roosters do

I'm particularly interested in trying to figure out what the top silver gray colored one is. We have a mix of different chickens and this one was hatched from the last blue egg we found in the coop. Haven't received anymore blue eggs since. There is one hen about a 1.5 years old that looks just like this but again I don't know the breed. They are so pretty when the sun light hits them. Thanks for the comments.
