What breed and or gender?

Today I had 1 duckling hatch, the other duck eggs didn’t hatch. I’m not sure what breed it is…. Any ideas? Magpie or Ancona? Would love to know if it’s a male or female but I know it’s kind of early to tell. Thanks

I don’t know a lot about ducks but based of basic info I’d guess Magpie.
