Can you tell or is it too early. I got them from as "barn yard mix" eggs.

#1 came out of a green egg:

Number 1 is setting off my roo-dar. The others aren't, but it's still early.

As to breed, I think barnyard mix probably covers it nicely.

I would say 1 is a boy as well. Thick legs, already red in the comb and there's already some dark red brown coming in on its wing.

Is that an easter egger roo trait, the brown on its wing?

Yes. It's a tell tale sign of a boy in Easter Eggers. The brown that comes in on the boys is patchy looking and doesn't seem to be part of the pattern like the girl's do.
    For example

This is one of the EE boys I use to have. He came as a sexed pullet, go figure. :p I wish I had taken pictures of him when he was younger because he looked exactly like your chick. The brown on the wing came in pretty early and is just kinda a big patch of brown. EEs that have that brown pattern on their wings and back area are boys, but not all boy EEs have them, if that makes sense.

Wow I wouldnt mind if he comes out like that. So the fuzzy greyish stripey tail feathers my chick has now, might turn in those pretty black tail feathers?
My chick is also about 1.5 the size of the other ones, just like on your picture. I dont have a roo yet so I will def. keep him if is is one.
