They are both just over a year. Sorry rooish? The larger hen gives normal size eggs. Maybe a tad smaller than the store bought. The smaller female gives small eggs. Not the smallest eggs I've seen but they are definitely smaller.

Rooish = looks like a rooster but if their both laying than it doesn't matter what she looks like

The reference to "rose comb" is with regards to the type of comb (fleshy red bit on top of their head) your birds have - there are several different types of comb:

Thanks for the Rose comb chart I'm going to save that to my desktop for future reference. I appreciate all the help. I looked up pictures of the silver laced Wyandotte and they do look very similar so I'm going to research further on that breed.
