What breed are these ducklings?

    They look like Khaki Campbells to me.

    You could try and vent sex them now (you could hurt them if you aren't careful) or you could wait and when their older the females should quack louder and the males will be quieter and have one curled feather on their tail.

    Thankyou - they are about 1 week old, how long should it take for the quacking to begin?

    Oh they're beautiful!! And yes I agree on the Khaki Campbell. Usually their voices change anywhere between 4-8 week. By 8 weeks it should be obvious. :)
