What breed are these?

Can anyone tell me what breed hen and rooster these are. They were 22 weeks old on Sunday.

They look like either Partridge Rocks or Barnevelders, but I'm not sure which.

They were supposed to be Brown Leghorn hens (one is obviously a rooster lol) I have been waiting for a white egg thinking the hen is not laying yet. It just dawned on me today that it can't be a leghorn because the ear lobes are not white.

I agree with mymilliefleur. The two breeds are not easy to tell apart from photos as it's difficult to see the exact pattern of the lacing. Barnevelders have a double lacing vs. the single lacing of the Partridge Rocks. Also, you should be able to tell which breed by the hens eggs as Barnevelders have much darker brown eggs (chocolate eggs) than Partridge Rocks.

I ordered some Partridge Rocks last year simply because they're so, so pretty
