What breed are these?

My Daughter's preschool hatched these out and donated them to my flock. Her teacher ordered them of Ebay as a "mixed bag." Three of them are the gray/solver color and one is brownish. Any ideas what they might be? They are 2 1/2 weeks old in these pics. Also, one of the grays and the brown one already have comb development. Are they going to be roos or do some just develop faster then others?

Do the blues have feathered legs? It's hard to tell what kind of comb they have. Can you get better pics of each bird? A straight level side on pic and straight head on shot concentrating on the comb would really be a big help.
