Buff Orpington, Im pretty sure but never know..... They usually dont have the lines like they are commonly depicted as in pictures like when you go to eFowl.com it shows them as having lines on their heads but the usually have just darker yellow on them.

the Buffs usually have a bit of a strip by their eye that is darker down.
with the dark more all over the body like that and darker at the face, I'd lean more toward welsh harlequin
