What breed/gender might these two fluffy bantams be?

About month old and purchased from tractor supply as part of a bantam assortment. Would love to know what breed and gender they are, if they are old enough to tell. Thanks

Those are cochins. Too young to be sure on sex, but so far no indications that they are cockerels.

Just a weird camera angle or something, both legs are feathered equally on both birds lol
