The suspense is killing us. Anyone know what this breed might be? We got 21 chicks from Big R middle of August

and there was no breed information. The grey on her is turning to brown.

It looks like an Easter Egger.

Thank you! We looked it up and you hit the nail on the head. Can you take a guess on the white one with the buff neck and the one in the forefront with striped eye? Thanks in advance!

I can't make out enough detail on the white and buff to be certain what it is. It might be another EE if it has dark legs and a pea comb. The one in front is probably either a light brown leghorn or a welsummer. Both breeds look very similar at that age.

I think I see a pea comb on the white one so it's likely it is an Easter Egger. The one in the front is probably a Welsummer or Brown Leghorn. When it gets a bit older you can tell it apart by it's body type and earlobe color. Welsummers will have red earlobes and a thicker and stockier body type. Brown Leghorns will have large, white earlobes and will have and smaller frame and be less muscular.

This is the same bird still in question. It's a trim little thing compared to my other breeds. Any ideas? Thanks! It's 3 months old.

Light brown leghorn. I think I'm seeing white earlobes.

Thank you! I didn't realize that little bit of white was an earlobe. We looked up images on the web and that's just what they are.
