He looks to be a mixed breed. A closer pic might help tell what's in the mix, but nothing purebred has the straight comb, dark legs and color like that.

Your birds are not a purebreed; they are mixes of several different breeds of chickens. No mixed-breed chicken looks exactly alike. Your hen looks like she could have Wheaten or Black Breasted Red Old English Game mixed into her, but I'm not sure about the rooster.
