What breed is my rooster Ruger?

He could be a production blue (also known as a Rhode Island blue).

Looks wrong for one to me.

I have not looked that up on google the only thing I could find that looked like him was a blue birchen. Thank you I will look into that.

Here’s a thread on them- https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/rhode-island-blue.1376822/. They’re hybrids, so there’s going to be some variation. On page 6 there’s a rooster with a similar color as your’s, except he’s more silver.

They do look very similar!

They are similar, but there are a couple differences. Notice how your rooster has yellow feet, not pink/white. He also has a lot more leakage on his chest than the marans. Though that marans pictured is actually not a very good example of the blue birchen coloration, since he has too much gold/red.
This is how the coloring of that variety is supposed to look.
