    He's about 5 now and was hatched from a rooster and hens I had. Can't remember exactly what the rooster looked like but he was so mean I eventually sold him. This one has never given me a minutes trouble though.

    Wyandotte is what I was thinking but he's not full blooded of course, still a pretty rooster. Some have said they thought he was Sussex

    Looks like it could be a Silver Penciled Rock. Do a Google search on the MALE SILVER PENCILED ROCK. Compare markings. However yours has a rose comb, correct? The SPR does not. I know Wyandottes have a rose comb. Perhaps your bird is a male Wyandotte? I would google and see if that matches? Hopefully someone else knows for sure.
