What breed is our rooster?

This guy came in an order we received from a hatchery. He was the free "exotic" bird that they include with every order. Needing help identifying his breed. He is 13 weeks old and has just started crowing. Thanks in advance!

He looks like a non bearded easter egger. Which hatchery?

With the green legs I would have to agree with Firekin. Looks like a muff-less EE.

He came from Murray McMurray hatchery in Iowa.

On second look I do see a tiny bit of a muff on him 100% sure he is an EE

He is definitely an Easter Egger rooster. The greenish legs are a dead giveaway.
