What breed is this black hen?

    This hen is a mystery to me. She lays a large light tan egg. She is over 1 year old. Very quiet generally, except during egg song. She is a bit smaller than my Ideal Hatchery RIR who is actually a bit younger than her. Her legs are a dark grayish color.

    Black Australorp? Are the bottoms of her feet pinkish white?

    Yes, whitish more than pink.

    She doesn't look like the BAs in the other photos to me... Is she moulting? Her tail seems very 'fluffy' to me, and REALLY upright, almost like a japanese bantam!

    Edited to say, JodyJo's are definately more full than mine is, she doesn't look anything like them.
