I think it's a Mottled Cochin.Got this chick from $2 bin chicks today at Meyer hatchery
Any ideas what breed she could be? Feathered feed, 4 toes, no muffs or beard
Thank you
They have only bantam Mottled cochin. I grabbed her from large fowl binI think it's a Mottled Cochin.
Possibly. They have only bantam Mottled cochin. I grabbed her from large fowl bin
They could accidentally put her in there![]()
I think so, it happens quiet often for employees to mix chicks up. Here’s my boy Dot who was out in the Golden Laced Wyandotte bin at Tractor Supply! P.S. he’s a Sebright..They have only bantam Mottled cochin. I grabbed her from large fowl bin

That is so funny!!It's not even always the employees -- or the other customers.
My local farm store had chicken in open bins -- a row of them side by side. I watched an adventurous little bird hop up on to the side of one bin then drop down into the next bin.
They were honest in not individually-labeling the bins. Instead, they just had a list of what breeds they'd gotten in on a post in the middle.
