After some snooping around the web and looking at the chicken in question, I'm 80% sure that this chicken is a cockerel. I'm mean his stature and saddle feathers are there. But I'm not sure yet. But I'm going to say he's a cockerel until further notice.

I would say that is 100% a cockerel but I have no idea what breed, or age

He is absolutely 100% a cockerel. If you need to rehome, do it now I know some people delay due to uncertainty, but in this case it is undeniable

Cockerel. He looks more like a partridge rock than a brown leghorn, but I’m not certain at this age.
