What breed is this hen?

    I bought her yesterday and the lady told me she's an Amish hen. [​IMG] I couldn't get pics of her legs, sorry.

    Is there such thing as Amish breed chickens? I haven't heard of them..... What breeds are black sex links?

    Also, I don't know any Amish people, but I am having a hard time imagining an Amish lady using the words "sex-link". Maybe it's her way of giving it a more 'polite' name. [​IMG]

    She does remind me of a black star ,but the ones I had where more red in the hackles not golden. Either way nice hen hope you enjoy her.
