What breed is this little chicken?

Here is my little chicken. She is about the size of a dove. I would like to know what breed she is. She is really calm and sweet. She is about 19-21 weeks old.

She looks like an Old English Game bantam to me.

She really sweet and spoiled!! Since she was the tiniest in the bunch she was my favorite.
She eats out of my hand and whines when I do not pay attention to her when I am in the coop.
