He looks like a frizzled Cochin, or maybe a Cochin mix. Its hard to see his comb, but it doesn't look like he has a single comb?

    He's handsome!

He doesn't look quite right for a pure Frizzled White Cochin. Is it just me, or doesn't he have a small crest?

Agreed, somethings just not quite right. Maybe he came from someone's Sizzle project?

Well he is an unusual "something," have you gotten any chicks from him. Maybe some of his background will come out in them.

Harry was given to me by a neighbor, I have no background on his breeding. I've only had him a few months now and no no chicks.

Thanks for all the thoughts guys!!

What a strange looking bird. I'd say Frizzle Cochin crossbreed... big tail, maybe he has some kind of game or longtail ancestry.
