    I can also get pictures of him compared yo breeds like Ameracauna, Wyanndotte, Plymouth Rock, red star, black star, silkie, etc.

    That's a rose comb, so that rules out Ameraucana and Welsummer. Wyandottes are the most common breed with rose combs, but the legs aren't yellow. Most likely a mixed breed. His features do not match with any specific breed.
