What Breed Is This Rooster?

My parents found this guy in their yard, obviously abandoned, but I have no idea what the breed is.

He has a very light crow and is very tame.

Does anyone know?

The pics aren't the best, but he is mainly off white with brown on his neck and back.

Maybe he's a sex link rooster? He sure is pretty! (I'm totally guessing!)

To me, he looks like a White Rock roo as the first poster said.

He looks yellow because his feathers are bleached, probably a result of either having direct sunlight alot of the time or eating alot of corn. Maybe a combo of the two.

If he has feathers that are actually BROWN, even though it doesn't look it, he'd be a Red Sex link as just posted.

I'm betting he's a White Rock. The yellowing could be from too much sun or corn.

He looks like my golden comet roos twin. I uploaded a pic for you. Could be that someone didn't know that golden comets were sex links and ended up with unwanted roo. Then couldn't get rid of and dropped off. Me I ended up w/ 3 roos cause I was dumb good thing hubby wanted some brown chicks or it would have been 6.
