What Breed Is This Rooster??

    I got him for free and i have no clue of the breed.
    he hasn't grown at all since we have had him.

    Kind of looks like a Barred Rock mixed with something else? I like him, he's cool looking!

    With that little crest he must have some kind of crested breed mixed in with the BR.

    Obviously no one has considered that this person is from Australia. [​IMG]

    I'd say he's got Araucana in him (explains the crest, beard and muffs, and body conformation) and possibly Marans, although I'm doubting Australia has many of those?

    Still, I believe there's some Araucana in there. Even though he has a single comb - Pea x Single can indeed throw a small percentage of single combed birds.
