What breed is this rooster?

I got this rooster for free and I have no clue what breed he is. The owner didnt know either. The main feathers are a redish/orange. The tail feathers are a dark green. He also has green spots on his chest. Any ideas? Also, is that white section on his comb frostbite, fungus, or normal? I have never seen it on a rooster before

No i cant. haha. He is very fast and doesnt like to be touched. Whenever I try to get close to take a pic he takes off
