what breed is this rooster?

I picked up this rooster today and do not know what breed it is, he has 5 toes...also does anyone know what the heck is with his comb?

He's a silkie mix. That gave him the black skin, funky comb, five toes and the little crest. But, it was far enough back he's lost the feathered legs, or at least most of them. Mixed with what, it's hard to say.
