Possibly gold laced Wyandotte? I am new to chickens but that I what they appear to be.

Points to Shelly, they're golden Sebrights. Bantam sized, rose combs, very upright build with chests pushed out, downswept wings, upright tails, and dark legs. They can be harder to sex cause they're one of the few breeds where the males are hen feathered, meaning they don't get the classic male hackle and saddle feathers almost all other breeds have.

The roosters do have bigger comes. They also are a little larger, but I do agree it is a challenge to sex them.
