Come on people out of all of you no one can tell me what breed this is? What i do know is whatever he is not a cross breed. And I think it is a type of banty. He and a buddy I also got were in a bin of Brahmas, and the girl told me that they werent a Brahma, but that she couldnt remeber what breed they were. They had been put in the bin because they were running down on what chickens they had and were pretty much trying to give them away. So come on don't be shy, I would love for some one to give me thier opinion, simply becuase he looks so differernt from the rest of the birds. And I havent got a clue. I want your best guesses.

o.k. duh a Brahma would have feathered legs. So this is my final guess a blue Andalusian (which is a standard breed)

Well, it kinda looks like it has a rose comb, so that narrows it down a bit...

Possibly Andalusian or Spangled Hamburg. Also I wouldn't rule out Dark Brahma as unfeathered feet often show up in hatchery breeders.

Try looking around on this list by comb and skin color: http://www.ithaca.edu/staff/jhenderson/chooks/chooks.html

How old is it? It seems rather big for a bantam. Cute though, whatever it is. [IMG]

I'm not sure what breed it is, but it must be a really smart chick to be able to type! [IMG]
