Looks like a golden spangled Hamburg to me, but I am not sure.

From the pics I have seen they are supposed to have white earlobes?
Edited to add....yes definitely all the pics of Hamburgs I see show white earlobes (so not a Hamburg). OK someone else can guess?

I retract my previous statement Im gonna agree with the Hamburg part but not golden..

Not hamburg as those have rose combs and white earlobes this guy has a modified pea and red ear lobes, he's some type of game. Ask on the game bird thread in the breeds genetics and showing section.
